CORONAPAS:
– Det er fortsat et krav, at alle medlemmer over 17 år skal fremvise et gyldigt Coronapas ved træning. Dette betyder du skal fremvise Coronapas med enten en negativ test (maks 72 timer gammel), er vaccineret eller at du har været smittet indenfor de seneste 8 måneder.

– Det er fortsat et krav, at alle medlemmer over 17 år skal fremvise et gyldigt Coronapas ved træning. Dette betyder du skal fremvise Coronapas med enten en negativ test (maks 72 timer gammel), er vaccineret eller at du har været smittet indenfor de seneste 8 måneder.
FRITRÆNING:
– Vi åbner igen op for fritræning! Det er tilladt at fritræne i tidsrummet kl. 6.00-24.00, mandag til lørdag, såfremt lokalerne ikke benyttes til undervisning eller arrangementer. Du kan se hvornår lokalerne er optaget i vores bookinsysten, www.hocbooking.dk.
Du lukker dig ind til at fritræne med dit dørkort. Husk at lukke ALLE vinduer og døre, når du igen forlader lokalerne. Husk også at rydde op efter dig selv.
Søndag er der lukket for fritræning, da vi pt. ikke har nok rengøringspersonale til at få rengjort om søndagen.
OBS! Du skal også have et gyldigt Coronapas for at kunne fritræne. Der vil hver dag blive taget en stikprøve, hvor alle der fritræner skal fremvise et gyldigt Coronapas.
MUNDBIND:
– Det er ikke længere et krav at bære mundbind til og fra træning!

Du skal dog fortsat følge de andre retningslinjer, så som god hygiejne, holde afstand, blive hjemme hvis du føler dig syg m.m. Du kan læse alle retningslinjerne her.
CHILL GENÅBNER:
– Vores lounge må nu også genåbne, og du kan benytte rummet til at vente i. Husk at holde 1 meters afstand til hinanden, når I sidder i sofaerne (med mindre I er fra samme husstand).
OMKLÆDNING:
– Omklædningsrum må ikke benyttes, så husk at klæde om hjemmefra.
MEDBRING:
– Husk stadig at medbringe egen yogamåtte og evt. yogablokke til udstræk.
AFSTAND:
– Husk at holde 2 meters afstand til hinanden. Der er markeret på gulvene hvor I kan stå, for at holde passende afstand.
HUSK fortsat den gode hygiejne, sprit hænderne af når du kommer – og bliv hjemme hvis du føler dig syg!

FREE TRAINING:
– We open up for free training again! It is allowed to free train between 6.00-24.00, Monday to Saturday, if the premises are not used for classes or events. You can see when the premises are occupied in our booking system, www.hocbooking.dk.
You lock yourself in to free train with your doorcard. Remember to close ALL windows and doors when you leave the premises again. Also remember to clean up after yourself.
On Sundays free training is closed as we currently do not have enough cleaning staff to get cleaned on Sundays.
NOTE! You must also have a valid Coronapas to be able to free train. We will come and do a random sample every day, where everyone who is training must present a valid Coronapas.
FACEMASKS:
– It is no longer a requirement to wear a facemask to and from training! However you must continue to follow the other guidelines such as good hygiene, keeping your distance, stay at home if you feel sick etc. You can read all the guidelines here.
CHILL RE-OPENS:
– Our lounge are now also allowed to re-open and you can use the room to wait in and chill in. Remember to keep a distance of 1 meter from each other when you sit on the sofas (unless you are from the same household).
CHANGINGROOMS:
– The changing rooms must not be used so remember to change clothes from home.
BRING:
– Remember to bring your own yoga mat and optinal yoga blocks for stretching.
DISTANCE:
– Remember to keep 2 meters apart. There are markings on the floors where you can stand to keep a suitable distance.
REMEMBER your good hygiene, sanitize your hands when you arrive – and stay home if you feel sick!
